Here's what you do:

 Choose your Store Name:

You do not need your own domain name, because you can choose any name from within our platform.  Or, you can use a domain you currently own.  The choice is yours.

Decorate your Store.  

Using SurropaCustom's pre-designed webstores, you can customize the look and feel and content of your site by utilizing extremely user friendly templates.  If you know HTML, that's cool too, you can customize the templates as much or as little as you like

Add Designs to your Store. 

This is the fun part.  Time to upload all of your designs for people to buy.  You can choose to upload them as Art that customers can use to decorate products themselves, or as finished products that can not customized.  YourStore will also comes with our custom designer that leads your customers through the design process.

Set your Prices:

With a SurropaCustom store, you are in charge of how much you make and you set your prices at a level that works for your customers.  We will charge you a set base price and markup for each product.  Everything above that, you get to keep.

Sign up for PayPal:

If you don't already have a PayPal account, you will need to set one up.  It is super easy and free.  SurropaCustom will pay you monthly, via PayPal, for everything you sold.

Start Marketing your Store:

Our platform can assist you in a variety of ways to get the word out about your new store!  You can send a marketing email, or download your mailing lists directly from your site.  We support Google Analytics, so you can measure your effectiveness if you choose to use Google Adwords.  We also provide RSS Feeds and Flash Widgets to assist you in placing your product on other sites on the web.  These elements, combined with you telling everyone you know about your new store will get you on your way quickly!

Here's What We Do:

SOBOcustom will manage all aspects of your store on a daily basis. 

Process Orders: 

When your store receives an order, you will be notified via email, and our process begins.  We will print the orders, and ship them to your customers as soon as possible.  Normally, we ship within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Customer Service: 

We manage all of the customer inquiries directly through our customer service center.  Customer calls, emails and correspondence will be managed by us.  In almost all cases, you will not need to be involved with these interactions, but we will be happy to share the information with you if you're interested.

Returns:

We manage the returns process on your behalf. Please read our Returns policy to see details of how we handle returns.

Handle all the Finances: 

We support Paypal, Mastercard and Visa payments.  All payments are conducted through our parent company's payment gateway: SOBO Concepts, LLC.  Please note, that this is the name that your customers will see on their statements, not the name of your store.  

Manage the Inventory: 

With a SurropaCustom store, we handle all the inventory purchases.  There is no minimum quantity of product that you need to buy. 

Ensure a Quality Product: 

We print all orders on demand utilizing the latest technology in Direct to Garment Printing.  Our products are printed using eco-friendly water based inks.  They are soft, and vibrant, and of the highest quality.
